This bootcamp is addictive. Jenny is a perfect mix of encouraging and accepting, and the six years that I’ve been doing her bootcamp I’ve watched people of every fitness level join the class and love it. When I’ve wanted a challenge, bootcamp has been the workout that left me sore, exhausted, and happy. But when I’ve been pregnant, injured, or recovering from all that life throws at me, Jenny has provided modifications that make sense for my body. Jenny never repeats a workout, but the basic format remains the same: cardio, body weight and free weight exercises followed by stretching. It’s the workout I never want to skip, and the most supportive workout crew I’ve ever found.
