I have always hated fitness classes, but after having two kids and being unable to lose the weight, I decided to try something new. It’s really not an exaggeration to say that Boot Camp with Jenny changed my life! Not only did I lose 35lbs, but I developed a better sense of balance in my life, drastically improved my health and became a part of a supportive community.

Lisa:

Working out with Jenny is one of the most important and best things I’ve ever done for myself. I’ve spent most of my life thin but fairly sedentary, and I found myself in my late 30s and in pretty terrible shape. I decided to make a change, so I started working out with Jenny, and change I did! She’s excellent at providing adjustments to fit your skill level, and is positive and encouraging with every step you take. Not only am I more fit, strong, and healthy than I’ve ever been, but it’s also given me the confidence to engage in all sorts of athletic endeavors that I never would have dreamed of doing.

This bootcamp is addictive. Jenny is a perfect mix of encouraging and accepting, and the six years that I’ve been doing her bootcamp I’ve watched people of every fitness level join the class and love it. When I’ve wanted a challenge, bootcamp has been the workout that left me sore, exhausted, and happy. But when I’ve been pregnant, injured, or recovering from all that life throws at me, Jenny has provided modifications that make sense for my body. Jenny never repeats a workout, but the basic format remains the same: cardio, body weight and free weight exercises followed by stretching. It’s the workout I never want to skip, and the most supportive workout crew I’ve ever found.
