Hi! Meet Jenny.

Jenny is a certified group fitness instructor with 15 years of teaching experience. Jenny grew up dancing, but once she transitioned to professional life (and sitting behind a desk all day), she realized she needed a new routine and got her first group fitness certification. After teaching a number of formats, Jenny eventually left the studio setting for her own boot camp business to build a sense of community and make an impact. Jenny lives in Southwest DC with her husband and two young kids.

What should I expect?

Each class will involve a combination of strength and cardio to build muscle and endurance. Every class is different, but generally follows a circuit-style format to allow for varying levels of fitness. The workouts incorporate a lot of bodyweight exercises like push-ups and squats and utilize outdoor equipment like stairs and benches to challenge your body and help you meet your fitness goals.

Group fitness shouldn’t be intimidating, but even for the most seasoned athlete, walking in to a new setting can be tough. Jenny believes the best fitness routine is the one that you will stick with, and that’s why she tailors her classes to be accessible to all ability levels and fosters a positive and supportive class environment.
