February Challenge 

Let’s take advantage of the extra day this year and do an online challenge! Here’s how it works-during the month of February, each participant will aim to complete 29 push-ups, 29 jump squats, 29 sit-ups, and 29 burpees (modifications of each exercise are available) for each of the 29 days of the month. If you miss a day, just try and double up the next day. Everyone who completes the challenge will receive $29 off of a month of boot camp, and whoever completes the most reps in the most categories will win a free month of boot camp!
