Hi! Meet Jenny.
Jenny is a certified group fitness instructor with 15 years of teaching experience. Jenny grew up dancing, but once she transitioned to professional life (and sitting behind a desk all day), she realized she needed a new routine and got her first group fitness certification. After teaching a number of formats, Jenny eventually left the studio setting for her own boot camp business to build a sense of community and make an impact. Jenny lives in Southwest DC with her husband and two young kids.
What should I expect?
Each class will involve a combination of strength and cardio to build muscle and endurance. Every class is different, but generally follows a circuit-style format to allow for varying levels of fitness. The workouts incorporate a lot of bodyweight exercises like push-ups and squats and utilize outdoor equipment like stairs and benches to challenge your body and help you meet your fitness goals.
