Boot Camp with Jenny is a monthly three-week session that meets Monday-Wednesday from 6:15am-7:15am.  It is an outdoor class that uses a circuit-style format to get you sweating while working all of the major muscle groups.  Each boot camp session is $115, which includes 9 one-hour classes.  Discounts are available if you register for multiple classes.

Jenny is a certified group fitness instructor with 10+ years of teaching experience at Washington, DC area gyms and fitness studios. Jenny grew up dancing, but once she transitioned to professional life (and sitting behind a desk all day), she realized she needed a new routine to stay in good health, so she got her first group fitness certification. Since then, Jenny has discovered a love of fitness that she want to share with you. Beyond boot camps, Jenny's teaching experience has included cardio dance classes, kickboxing, core strength, and barre. Jenny is also a mom to two little kids and loves to work with pregnant clients and other moms.
